Moving can be stressful, so I have been working a little yoga into my daily routine.

To some this may look like a disgusting plate of meatballs, but to me it is the best incentive for trekking 30 miles to the Swedish furniture store. If I can fill my tummy with Swedish meatballs and leave with a box of princess cakes, I'm good.
