I'm finding it hard to believe that it is already April. Suddenly it's time to shop for the perfect dress to wear to prom, graduation, best friend's wedding, etc. Cocktail dresses are popping up all over the place for prom with blues and other soothing colors leading the way. While I think a short prom dress is a bit anti-climatic, a cocktail dress does make it easier to dance and you can wear it again instead of stuffing it in the back of your closet...
